The products sold on this website are subject to the Three Guarantees policy. Customers are requested to keep valid vouchers so that we can serve you better.


Warranty Rules

 

1. The products you bought on this website, from the date of purchase (subject to the arrival of registration), you can choose to return, exchange  repair them due to performance failure within 7 days.


2. The products you bought from our company, from the date of purchase (subject to the arrival of registration), you can choose to exchange  repair them due to performance failure within 15 days. (Products enjoy the service of 15 days free return  exchange without reason, we will process according to the "Rules of 15 Days Return&Exchange Without Reason".).


3. For the products you bought from our company, if it occurs the quality problem of non-human damage, we promise a free warranty within one year from the date of purchase (subject to the arrival registration).


After receiving your product, our company will send it to the manufacturer's special maintenance center for testing;


   After the test report is issued, if it is not the human damage but the quality of the product. Our company will promptly refund, exchange  repair it according to your requirements.


   If the test results are fault-free  show human factors, our company will notice you in time  consult your opinions about handling it.


Chargeable maintenance

First, for man-made malfunctions, the company will take charges for maintenance.

Second, if meet the following conditions, you can request an exchange:

 

 1.Within two days after the customer receives the goods,  there are obvious defects with manufacture.

 

    2.It has been replaced once but there are still quality problems.

 

    3.Due to human reasons, we have not received the goods for more than three days after the promised arriving date.


  4.When the customer receives the goods, he unpacks  checks it in the presence of a courier  finds that the goods have quality problems.

 

    5. There are huge difference between the actual goods  the one described on the website.

 

Exchange process 

The customer asks the courier to return the goods directly  then contacts with us. We will resend you a new one within a working day  the arrival time of the goods will be postponed accordingly.

Third, returns may be required if the following conditions are met.

 

  1. The product interior is unpacked privately  any part of it is replaced;

 

     2. The bar code inside the product is unclear  cannot be scanned successfully;

 

     3. There are water penetration, cracking, damage  corrosion;

 

     4. Goods that have expired warranty.

 

Return process:

The member shall contact us within two days after receiving the products. We will refund you within two working days after confirming receipt of the products.


We reserve the rights to refuse your requests for refunds&returns in the following conditions:

 

   1.The goods are damaged, but the goods are not required to be exchanged with the presence of a courier upon receipt.

 

 2.It has expired the refunds&returns period.

 

   3.Returned goods are incomplete  damaged from the appearance.

 

 4.Customer’s shipping documents are missing  incomplete.

 

   5.The product is not provided by us.

 

 6.There are no quality problem with the product itself.
